About The Position
Florida Orthopedic Institute Surgery Center-Citrus Park is an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tampa, Florida. Ambulatory surgery centers (or outpatient surgery centers) are healthcare facilities where surgical procedures not requiring an overnight hospital stay are performed. Requirements
- Interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff
- Admits patients and process their paperwork
- Updates patient demographics/information in system
- Collects monies due and document in the billing system
- Handles funds per office procedure
- Answers incoming phone calls.
