About The Position

USPI - Bluffton Okatie Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Registration Representative, PRN to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-3 years medical receptionist experience
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties
• Good communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred
