About The Position
Registrars have the opportunity to serve as one of the first contact points for our patients, directly impacting the patient experience at Schneck. This position pre-registers scheduled surgeries and Diagnostic Imaging scans, while also verifying demographic and insurance information to ensure that patients are ready for date of service. Additional duties include claim submission.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education
Nice To Haves
- At least one year working in a hospital setting
- Work experience interviewing patients promptly and accurately
