The Registrar's Office provides support services to students, faculty, staff and other constituents in the areas of academic advising support programs, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, transfer articulation, test credit, athletic certification and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting. This position supports certifications and reporting and is responsible for facilitating processes efficiently for the maintenance and coordination of student records and serves as the first level of escalation for problem resolution. Work is performed within various student platforms and information systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic data. This role requires direct interaction with students, former students, faculty, and staff, processing data-driven requests, and ensuring compliance with a range of institutional, state, and federal regulations. This position requires a detail driven critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is technically proficient in multiple software platforms and understands interdependencies. This position provides crucial front-line interactions and training for students, faculty and staff through targeted communications and documentation related to student record maintenance, processes, and procedures. Registrar Coordinators supervise a team of student workers and assist with the coordination of daily operations.
