Requirements

  • Valid Veterinary Technician License
  • Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with advanced patient care, including exams, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Perform skilled technical procedures such as IV catheter placement, blood draws, and nursing care for hospitalized patients
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, including laboratory analysis, radiology, and sample sample collection
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and therapeutic treatments in compliance with medical protocols
  • Provide client education, maintain detailed medical records, and support high standards of patient care and safety
