The full-service hospital offers a broad range of care, including wellness and preventive medicine, dentistry, diagnostics and imaging, surgery, emergency care, oncology, rehabilitation, and laser therapy. With an experienced team focused on individualized attention, Aborn Pet Hospital is committed to helping pets live healthier, happier lives while building lasting relationships with the families they serve. We are currently looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Team!
Requirements
- Experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Veterinary Technician Certification Required – or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.
- Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
