The Clinical Liaison is also responsible for comprehensive prescription management, including processing prescription requests received from clients, clinicians, and external pharmacies. This includes ensuring all requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with clinicians to clarify or confirm prescription details when necessary, as well as meticulous documentation of all communications and actions related to prescription processing. In addition, this position is responsible for the processing and coordination of drop-off laboratory samples, including ensuring appropriate patient records are established, required documentation is completed, samples are properly handled and submitted in accordance with laboratory protocols, and charges are accurately captured. The Clinical Liaison serves as a key point of coordination to ensure timely processing and communication of results as appropriate. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex client interactions with professionalism and sound judgment.
