Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT, RVS, ARRT, or board-eligible graduate) to join our growing clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for vascular sonographers seeking a consistent Monday-Friday outpatient schedule in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Our ultrasound technologists play a critical role in diagnosing venous disease and helping patients improve their quality of life. Whether you are an experienced vascular technologist or a recent graduate eligible to sit for registry certification, we provide structured training, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to grow within one of the nation’s fastest-growing vein practices. At Metro Vein Centers, our RVTs are a critical extension of our physicians—ensuring every ultrasound scan supports accurate diagnoses, procedural success, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), ARRT, or graduates of an accredited ultrasound or vascular sonography program eligible to sit for registry certification strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong ultrasound scanning skills and attention to detail
- Passion for patient care and creating a positive patient experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
- Reliable, flexible, and collaborative mindset
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an accredited allied health, diagnostic medical sonography, or vascular ultrasound program preferred
- Venous insufficiency studies
- Vascular ultrasound or duplex ultrasound imaging
- Outpatient imaging or vein clinic experience
- Experience supporting ultrasound-guided procedures
- Familiarity with EMR documentation workflows
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans
- Maintain proper scanning protocols while ensuring patient comfort and safety during exams
- Communicate preliminary findings to physicians accurately and efficiently
- Document ultrasound findings and patient information within the EMR system
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within exam rooms and ultrasound equipment areas
- Support daily patient flow in partnership with physicians, medical assistants, and front desk teams
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the entire patient experience
