About The Position

This position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) whose responsibility is to provide direct patient care related to respiratory therapies, oxygen needs, EKG’s, stress tests and appropriate rehabilitation services, in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state, and local regulations, organizational and departmental policies and procedures and professional standards. Provides safe and efficient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations.

Requirements

• Educational Level equivalent to completion of two (2) years of college with A.S in Respiratory Therapy
• Current Registered Therapy License in the state of Georgia.
• BLS required.
• Basic computer skills necessary.

Nice To Haves

• BS in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Advanced pulmonary assessment skills required preferred.
• Preferably one (1) year experience in respiratory therapy with six (6) months critical care experience.
