About The Position

The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides acute respiratory care services in a fast-paced hospital environment. This is a 13-week contract assignment with four 12-hour day shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and required overnight call following scheduled shifts. Candidates must be flexible with call schedules and weekend rotation requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current Registered Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Active New Hampshire Respiratory Therapy license.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Active AHA ACLS certification.
• Active AHA PALS certification.
• Experience with Draeger Hamilton T1 ventilators.
• Experience with HFNC (FP Classic Airvo 3).
• Experience with Philips V60 BPAP/CPAP devices.
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
• RTO must be included at submission and cannot exceed 3 days.
• Current work history, skills checklist, supervisory reference, and all active certifications and licenses are required at submission.

Nice To Haves

• Previous travel experience highly preferred.
• NRP highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ResMed AirSense/AirCurve home units preferred.
