About The Position
Seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a healthcare team in Paris, Texas. The role involves assessing patients’ respiratory conditions, providing prescribed respiratory treatments, operating respiratory care equipment, and monitoring patients’ status and responses to treatment. Pay rate is $26–$32 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in Texas.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Previous Respiratory Therapist experience.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' respiratory conditions and monitor breathing status.
- Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and monitor respiratory care equipment, including oxygen delivery and ventilation systems.
- Monitor patients' oxygen levels, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
