About The Position
An individual who provides direct patient care utilizing respiratory techniques, policies, procedures, protocols to ensure quality and appropriate care for all ages in Baptist Health and effectively communicate with all team members. Understands and has knowledge of respiratory medications effects and side effects.
Requirements
- High School, Certificate, GED, Training, Experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card.
- ACLS, PALS required per department standards.
- Less than 1 year of RRT/CRT work experience (for sign-on bonus eligibility for new grads).
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
- Basic Life Support.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
