About The Position
Our client is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Madison, Indiana. The position involves 12-hour shifts. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
