About The Position
Performs patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, and blood gas analysis. Maintains and manages equipment and provides patient education.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and a license from the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners, required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS), required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), required upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), required within 60 days of hire.
