About The Position

MTK Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Grand Junction, CO. This position is at a Community Hospital and requires nights with guaranteed 30 hours per week. The pay rate is $55-$60/hour.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Active Colorado Respiratory Therapist License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
• CRT required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• NRP Associate's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, ventilator management, chest physiotherapy, incentive spirometry, and sputum induction.
• Perform cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures such as ECGs, stress testing, pulmonary function testing, arterial blood gas analysis, bronchoscopy assistance, and sleep studies.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality respiratory care.
