About The Position

Logan Health Medical Center has an opportunity for Respiratory Therapists to join their inpatient team in Kalispell, MT. This role involves providing high-impact care in a designated trauma center, treating a broad range of patients from labor and delivery to geriatrics. The position offers hands-on experience managing complex cases and working across diverse settings, including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, med/surg, and more. The location in Northwest Montana, in the heart of the scenic Flathead Valley, offers unparalleled outdoor recreation and Rocky Mountain views, with proximity to Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake.

Requirements

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required (or obtained prior to hire date)
• Minimum of one (1) of the following required: Current National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) License, who must successfully obtain their NBRC RRT credential within one (1) year of hire.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
• ALC (ACLS) within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.
• PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.
