About The Position
Our client is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Phoenix, Arizona. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires submission of a current resume, current certifications and clinical references, and completion of specified health screening and vaccination requirements. Applicants must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
