About The Position
The Respiratory Care department at Texas Health Heart & Vascular is looking for a top skilled RRT. This is a PRN Night Shift position. The department features a team-based environment with a cardiac focus and has excellent patient and staff satisfaction results.
Requirements
- Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care Program. Must be completed upon hire
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
- RCP - Respiratory Care Practitioner Upon Hire
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire
- Good verbal communications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer experience
Nice To Haves
- 1 Year Med/Surg or critical care experience preferred.
