About The Position
Join a well-established community healthcare facility near Athens, Texas, as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with day and night shifts available. The role involves managing ventilators, administering treatments, and conducting diagnostic tests for patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary conditions. The therapist will assess patient progress, adjust therapy as needed, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver inhalants and operate respiratory equipment.
Requirements
- Must have Registered Respiratory Therapist certification upon hire
- Must have a Texas RCP License upon hire
- Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS certification
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Manage ventilators, administer treatments, and conduct diagnostic tests for patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Assess patient progress and adjust respiratory therapy as needed.
