About The Position
Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide care for a range of patients from neonates to geriatrics covering all inpatient areas of the hospital. Must be skilled in EKGs, bedside bronchs, and bedside spirometry, and be adaptable to working with different patient levels daily.
Requirements
- Recent experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers required.
- ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT certification required.
- A valid driver's license required for distance verification.
- Compliance with hospital fingernail policy.
Nice To Haves
- NRP & PALS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients spanning neonates to geriatrics in various inpatient settings.
- Perform EKGs, bedside bronchs, and bedside spirometry.
- Collaborate as part of a team with RTs, providers, and nursing staff.
- Float to different areas throughout the hospital as required.
