About The Position
Provide respiratory therapy care in a critical access hospital setting, covering various departments such as ER, MS, FBC, and CCU. Duties include management of vents, bipap, cpap, and performing EKGs and ABGs. The role requires assisting with intubations and involves substantial walking and independent work.
Requirements
- Oregon License as RRT or CRT
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Experience with bubble cpap, ABG, and vent/bipap/cpap management
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate ventilators, bipap, and cpap machines
- Perform breathing treatments, EKGs, and draw ABGs
- Assist with intubations and provide respiratory care for patients of all ages
