Requirements

2 year/Associate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Associate Degree
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

Responsibilities

Delivering comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients
Managing mechanical ventilation and advanced airway therapies
Performing detailed patient assessments and arterial blood gas analysis
Administering oxygen therapy, specialty gases, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans
Serving as a clinical resource for fellow respiratory therapists and healthcare staff
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
Continuing to expand your clinical expertise through ongoing education and professional development
