About The Position

Our client is a growing, client-centered virtual therapy practice based in Ontario, focused on delivering high-quality, accessible mental health care. With a strong administrative infrastructure and thoughtfully designed clinical systems, the practice allows therapists to focus on meaningful client work without being weighed down by operational tasks. The clinic provides a steady flow of consultations and new client opportunities, with a clear focus on building long-term therapeutic relationships and supporting both client outcomes and therapist success. As a Registered Psychotherapist, you will deliver virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families, depending on your area of expertise. This role offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to set your availability while working within a structured environment designed to support consistency and growth. A key component of this position is guiding prospective clients through initial consultations and establishing ongoing therapeutic relationships. The clinic provides the leads - your role is to build trust, create connections, and support clients in continuing their care. Shifts are typically 5–6 hours in length, with most therapists working a combination of afternoon, evening, and weekend hours based on client demand. A typical schedule includes a minimum of three shifts per week, with the opportunity to grow into a fuller caseload over time.
