About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join their team. RPNs will provide exceptional nursing care with respect, dignity, and kindness, utilizing their clinical judgment and skills to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort and safety of their homes. This is a full-time, guaranteed hours position with 60 hours bi-weekly, including a 4-week ramp-up period. The role involves serving clients in Stratford and surrounding areas of Perth County, requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every other weekend, and on-call duties.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
Valid CPR certification
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of being free from TB
Two professional references

Nice To Haves

French language proficiency considered an asset
Proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc. (dependent upon Provincial government regulations and position requirements)
