Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Visiting Nursing - Full-time

VON - At the heart of care. This role involves delivering holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, seniors, and supporting their families. Opportunities include working in clients' homes, clinics, virtually, and engaging in community outreach. Visiting nurses provide client care in the client’s own home, including physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counselling to individuals and families.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required; a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may also be necessary
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
