The Surgical Unit at Oak Valley Health offers a challenging opportunity for a Registered Practical Nurse with acute surgical care experience. Requirements

Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Demonstrated practice or completion of the Medication Administration certification
Current BCLS
Recent experience (within the last year) caring for inpatient Surgical patients is required
Excellent Physical Assessment skills are required
Well developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Evidence of professional development and continuing education is essential
Demonstrated good attendance record with the ability to maintain this same standard
