About The Position
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care under the direction of a licensed clinical professional in a clinic or practice environment. A Pharmacy Technician usually spends the day on their feet finding medications, counting, calculating, packaging, and labeling prescriptions.
Requirements
- Must have National Pharmacy Technician Certification or in Lieu of this Certification a Licensed Pharmacist Intern is required.
- Must be registered with the State of FL as a Pharmacy Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years additional education and/or experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists pharmacists in filling, labeling, and dispensing prescriptions, while managing inventory and providing customer service
