About The Position

Join our dynamic and collaborative Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit, a 24-bed inpatient unit specializing in the care of the Geriatric patient population in need of mental and behavioral health treatment for various mental health diagnosis. Our team provides high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and structured setting with staff who specialize in the behavioral/mental health population. CPI Required. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• At least 6 months of RN experience
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• CPI Required
