Part-time/Full-time Registered Nurse
About The Position
Centre is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its team at the Williston Stabilization Center, a 10-bed facility operated in partnership with Northwest Human Service Center that provides crisis and stabilization services. The nurse provides basic nursing services to residents and medication certification to staff. When not providing nursing services, the nurse also fulfills direct care responsibilities in the staff control room. The position reports to the Program Director. The role may be filled by one full-time nurse working 40 hours per week or two part-time nurses working primarily 16 to 24 hours per week during business hours. Participation in the on-call rotation is required, and the schedule may change based on the needs of the center. The stated wage is $28 to $40 per hour, depending on experience. The position is eligible for a bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time employees or $5,000 for part-time employees, paid in two installments after six months and one year of employment, subject to the stated status and hours requirements.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing services to residents at the 10-bed Stabilization Center.
- Provide medication certification to staff.
- Fulfill direct care responsibilities in the staff control room when not providing nursing services.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
