About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Telemetry opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role is on a collaborative 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit where you will build advanced clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. This position offers an excellent pathway into Intermediate Care (IMC), ICU, and future specialty nursing roles, supported by experienced leadership, CNAs, and Unit Secretaries. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5 to 1:6. The hospital is a 199-bed Acute Care Hospital with a collaborative nursing culture, professional growth opportunities, and a modern patient care environment.

Requirements

• Current New Mexico RN License Or Compact License REQUIRED
• Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED
• Current BLS Certification REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 Years RN Experience REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• ACLS Preferred
• PALS Preferred
