Registered Nurse | Intensive Care Unit
About The Position
CentraCare invites passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital. CentraCare is known for its dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As an ICU RN, you will be part of a team that prioritizes excellence in healthcare and have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of critically ill patients and their families. The ICU is a GOLD-level Beacon Award-winning unit in our five-time Magnet-designated hospital! Our team provides care within our 29-bed unit with approximately 110 RNs.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current Minnesota RN License
- BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (with the exception of casual staff) or obtained within 36 months; required prior to obtaining code blue competency
Nice To Haves
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Care for critically ill patients and their families.
- Work within a 29-bed unit with approximately 110 RNs.
