About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Park Terrace Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. You will use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and support a rewarding, fulfilling care experience. The role requires compassionate support, teamwork, collaboration, and leadership to help provide coordinated, comprehensive care and maintain a respectful, positive work environment. Night-shift opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
