Requirements

• A passion and energy for world class care
• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes

Nice To Haves

• Registered nurse with less than 12 months experience (opportunity to participate in Bupa’s Graduate Program)
