About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region, including Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Caroline County, King George County, Massaponax, and surrounding communities. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, wound care, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, and caregivers
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
