Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (ICU)
About The Position
Hartford HealthCare is hiring Registered Nurses for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at MidState Medical Center across multiple hours and shifts. ICU nurses practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The hospital provides clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as nurses complete the ICU Nurse Residency. MidState Medical Center is an acute-care community teaching hospital offering inpatient and outpatient general medicine and surgery services, along with a wide variety of specialties. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

- One year of recent acute-care RN experience preferred.
