Registered Nurse (RN)- Inpatient Psych- Per Diem
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Interdisciplinary Team on the 40-bed Inpatient Psych unit at Main Line Health. In this role, you will provide direct care and treatment to adult psychiatric patients, playing an integral part in their patient experience and recovery. This position offers significant opportunities for professional development through MLH Education & Development Classes, ongoing feedback, and career advancement via performance appraisals and 1:1 communication. You are encouraged to become involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 2-3 years of RN inpatient psych experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
