St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements

  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs
