Registered Nurse - Rockford Freestanding Emergency Department
About The Position
Trinity Health's Grand Rapids is a Level 2 new 9-bed Emergency Department located in Rockford, MI. This Magnet designated facility with active shared decision making councils continuously strives to improve outcomes and provide exceptional experiences for patients, staff, and community. The Registered Nurse - RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse - RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school program
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- If ADN, must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire (in Grand Rapids)
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- 1 years of experience as an RN required
- Must be willing to obtain the appropriate ED certifications within 1 year
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Emergency Department experience is preferred
