Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license
- TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
- One year prior hands-on nursing experience
- Continuing Education as required by state
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of previous pediatric experience preferred
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- At least 6 months of pediatric experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Pediatric G-tube dependent patient located in Port Angeles, WA
- Pediatric patient with g-tube, trach, and vent located in Tahuya
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
