About The Position

Touchmark at All Saints is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work in its Assisted Living or Memory Care Communities. The nurse helps ensure residents receive dignified, high-quality care and serves as a positive presence for residents and their families. The role works closely with other nurses to design and implement resident care plans, helps oversee care staff and supports their care decisions, and provides support to the care team on the floors.

This is a full-time opportunity scheduled Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is trustworthy and compassionate, is interested in caring for older adults in a geriatric environment, and demonstrates tact, confidentiality, teamwork, and a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.

Requirements

• Possess a current LPN or RN license.
• Possess or be willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be willing to continue learning and improving skills.
• Commit to confidentiality.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure residents in Assisted Living or Memory Care receive dignified, high-quality care.
