This role provides for patient needs through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the organization's mission statement. Responsibilities include the supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care with ancillary services. The nurse will involve patients and their significant others/families in developing an individualized plan of care and educating them about their disease process and plan of care. The Registered Nurse serves as a patient advocate and is responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment for any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical conditions and minor injuries or illnesses.

Requirements

• ASN
• Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.
