About The Position
NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team at the Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) in Westborough, MA. This locked treatment program serves adolescent youth (ages 13-17) referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH), offering critical care and support to those in need.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid, unrestricted Massachusetts nursing license.
- Strong computer proficiency and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A role model for both staff and clients, demonstrating a professional work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- A commitment to trauma-informed care is a plus.
- Experience working with adolescent populations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct nursing care and conducting nursing assessments.
- Managing medication administration and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Supporting the emotional and physical well-being of our program consumers.
