Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
Graduate nurses and new RNs are accepted
Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within the Pediatrics/Women's/Children's Services unit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians, and support staff.
Participate in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Engage in improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings to share ideas and shape work processes.
