Concierge Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Care Nurse position in Gainesville, FL. This role offers the opportunity to provide higher-acuity skilled nursing care to oncology patients in their homes, supporting their recovery, treatment adherence, and patient education. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and symptom management
- Support post-surgical recovery and treatment adherence
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools
