About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides general inpatient nursing care for the patients at the Hospital. This position provides skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act and requires staff accountability for compliance with regulatory and professional standards for patient care units and staff. This nurse provides compassionate and competent nursing care so that we have the opportunity to feel the joy of impacting the lives of our patients, their families, and our co-workers.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or completion of diploma in Nursing Program.
- Registration and current RN license in Oklahoma.
- Current CPR certification
- PALS Certification within 1 year of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act and Hospital Policies and Procedures.
- Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team; provides clear comprehensive report to on-coming shift.
- Charting patient care in Electronic Health Record as indicated: Medication Administration, Vital Signs, Assessment Data, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
