Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Overnights at the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The Tampa Bay Girls Academy serves high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21 in multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. As an Registered Nurse (RN) Overnights, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Florida Registered Nursing license.
• Two years of previous medical services administration experience.
• Ability to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.

• Bachelor's degree in a related health care field.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to youth in a residential setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor the health and well-being of residents during overnight shifts.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate youth and staff on health-related topics.
