About The Position

Life Care Center of Carrollton, MO is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their team. This role is crucial in providing quality patient care and offers opportunities for growth within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states. The Registered Nurse will be an important member of the interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care to patients to help them achieve or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans as needed. The role also involves providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Requirements

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Nice To Haves

One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
