RN Registered Nurse $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Parkview, affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team. The RN delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes ongoing assessment of patient needs, revising care plans as patients’ conditions change, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. New graduates are welcome. Parkview advertises a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
- Maintain an active Registered Nurse license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Nice To Haves
- One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Provide care and services that support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Assess patient needs on an ongoing basis and revise care plans when patient conditions change.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Use reasoning skills and good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
