About The Position

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we believe that care is most effective and most meaningful when delivered where clients feel safest and most comfortable: at home. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to care for a 72-year-old client with a trach who resides in 19130. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting, while experiencing the autonomy and 1:1 ratios that home care provides. No trach experience is required, as training will be provided. BAYADA cares for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering a chance to explore and utilize your skills. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for this unique and rewarding environment, prioritizing your skillset confidence and knowledge.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience (though not required, training is provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for a 72-year-old client with a trach.
• Deliver high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting.
• Manage advanced care needs, potentially including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Provide preventive care.
