About The Position

Join our 24-bed Neuroscience Unit, an intermediate care (IMC) unit, where you’ll deliver specialized, high-acuity care to patients with neurological conditions—all while enjoying life in the scenic Coulee Region. As a Neuroscience RN, you’ll provide compassionate, specialized care to patients with neurological disorders and neurosurgical needs, including: Spinal surgeries, Deep brain stimulators, Brain tumors/lesions, Aneurysm treatment, Lumbar drains, Endovascular stroke treatment, Seizures, and Post-trauma care. You will also become NIH Stroke Scale certified and respond to stroke alerts, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: PTs, OTs, speech therapists, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
  • Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification (Infant–Adult) for Healthcare Providers
  • Open to new graduates and experienced RNs

Responsibilities
